Join us for as we flow into new heights! Suspended in soft silk hammocks, you’ll float through a series of poses that enhance strength and balance all while experiencing weightlessness. Perfect for all levels, even if you have zero experience, this class offers a unique way to stretch deeper, release tension, and explore your body in a whole new dimension. Whether you’re soaring into a new pose or simply enjoying the gentle support of the hammock, each class leaves you feeling empowered and uplifted. Beginners are welcome ages 16 and up! Our hammocks are made of silk, so they are delicate and can tear if students wear any sharp objects or clothing. Shirts with sleeves are required and all jewelry must be taken off for class - so please leave any valuables at home. Wear comfortable clothes. The following is not allowed: jeans, clothes with zippers, buttons or snaps, belts, clothes with sequins, or anything with sharp or rough edges. The hammock enables you to do things that may not always be possible on your mat. As a moving, shifting, three-dimensional yoga prop, the hammock supports and cradles you while allowing you to push the limits of your yoga practice further than imagined. Throughout class, you always have the choice to participate in inversions, or just opt for more familiar poses. There will be an opportunity to hold poses and inversions for an extended time to allow the body to open while connecting to the breath.

- Nice and Slow Beginner Yoga
This Mindful Movement practice is designed for real people and real bodies where you’re invited to move at a pace that allows you to actually feel what’s happening in your body—without rushing, pushing, or trying to keep up. This class is perfect if you’re new to yoga, feel you’re “not flexible,” are returning after time away, or simply want a calmer, more intentional practice. You’ll move gently and mindfully from one posture to the next, with plenty of time to settle in, breathe, and make the practice your own. Postures are entered slowly and held comfortably, giving your body and nervous system time to soften, unwind, and release tension. There’s no fast flow, no pressure to perform, and always options offered so you can honor where you are on any given day. Expect a blend of slow movement, supportive poses which are held longer, simple breath awareness, and moments of stillness that help quiet the mind and restore balance. You’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and more at home in your body—often with a surprising sense of ease and clarity. This is a class where less is more, and where slowing down becomes the practice.

- Yin Yoga
Our Yin classes consist of long-held, slower, passive poses that mainly work the lower part of the body like the hips, pelvis, thighs, spine. Poses are generally held for three to five minutes, although some are held longer sometimes. There is no forced flexion or engaging the muscles or bones, things just happen. The goal is to release built up tension and creates lasting change in the joints, ligaments, and deeper tissues of the body. During the postures or asanas, muscles are relaxed to avoid muscle spasm, which could result from engaging muscles for long periods. The use of props (cushions, blankets, blocks, even belts) is diverse and encouraged in order to fully relax the muscles and eventually the tendons. Yin lends itself to calming the mind, letting go, and unforced breathing to bring stillness. Suitable for all levels. **Please bring a mat, water, towel/blanket & any other comfort items/props to practice with.
